Netcel has helped Chartered Quality Institute to improve their online engagement, interaction and communication with members by using EPiServer CMS and EPiStore
A complete redevelopment of the existing website with new information architecture and design, a new CMS platform with e-commerce functionality, EPiServer CMS combined with EPiStore, and full integration with IRIS Integra CRM for online member services.
The result is a future-proof website that is much easier to update and maintain by CQI staff. CQI have received positive feedback from their members who are benefiting from online services, content personalisation and interactivity with other members. In fact within weeks of the site going live, more than 60 percent of CQI's membership signed up or re-registered to the 'MyCQI' feature.
