Online donations increased significantly

Variety, The Children's Charity, needed a more user-friendly website. Six months after the launch of the new website it showed a 50% increase in traffic.

Ease of use is important since we don't employ dedicated IT-staff

"Whether our users are supporters, donors or recipients of equipment from Variety, our aim is to engage, inform and help them via the website. 50 percent increase in traffic

Six months after launching the new Variety website, it showed a 50 percent increase in traffic compared to the last full 12 months of the previous site. Online donations have also increased significantly, and several new corporate partners have found Variety via our website."

Variety, The Children's Charity, provides grants to Australian families and organizations for children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs. The charity decided in 2010 that its website needed to be more user-friendly.
