Confirmation and participant information
A confirmation e-mail will be sent within two hours after receiving your registration and all communication regarding the course will be sent via e-mail. It is therefore important that the e-mail address in the registration is participant's e-mail address. We know from experience that our e-mails sometimes get stuck in spam filters, so please check that the message isn't there. If you still haven't received an invitation to the course, please contact us so that we can ensure that you get the information you need.
An invoice is issued at the start of the course and must be paid within 30 days net. Statutory VAT is additional. Any eventual order numbers or employee numbers should be entered in the "Other" field when registering for the course.
The course reservation is binding, but not to individual participants. 100% of the course fee will be forfeited for cancellations up to 10 working days from the start of the course. It is however possible to postpone a canceled registration for up to 6 months after the original course date. We reserve the right to make price adjustments.
All one-day and multi-day courses are held 09:00-16:00 unless otherwise stated.
Course materials & meals
Complete course material is handed out at the start of the course. The course material, lunch and coffee is included in one-day and multi-day courses.
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the EPiServer course. In the unlikely event that this is not the case, please contact us immediately after completing the course and we will offer you an equivalent at no extra charge.
EPiServer reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if there are not enough participants. Participants will be informed at least 7 days prior to the planned course start date.
