EPiServer Commerce - Under the Hood

The course “EPiServer Commerce under the hood” focuses on the core functionality, business solutions with, and customization of, EPiServer Commerce. This two day course gives participants a broad knowledge of possibilities with the product as well as how to make use of EPiServer Commerce as a platform. This course primarily targets architects, solution providers and people of deeper interest in the different solutions that can be built with EPiServer Commerce. The course includes a set of elaborations for participants to further examine the subsystems of the product. Although this course is not directed directly towards programmers or developers a good overview of e-commerce in general and EPiServer Commerce specifically will be the outcome for developers not aware of the e-business. You will learn how to work with the different sub-systems of the e-commerce platform, the “engine” of EPiServer Commerce, as well as how to configuring of the system itself and what solutions that exists for integration of other systems. Depending on composition of the group at each course time, discussions and demos will be directed as much as possible to suite the specific course delivery. Discussions of business modeling and web shop management along with the support for extending and customizing the product are on the agenda together with the matters of e-business functions and web shop management. Participants will meet the features of this comprehensive platform to get a jump start for building, modeling and deploying a fully-fledged e-commerce website based on EPiServer Commerce.
