Global Talent Acquisition Manager - Irvine, CA or Nashua, NH, USA

As the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a difference, developing and leading Episerver’s global recruitment objectives. This high impact role will implement global sourcing and recruiting campaigns to attract and acquire high quality talent, effectively recruit for multiple positions, build a robust candidate pipeline, and improve the efficiency of recruitment processes and systems. This role requires exceptional partner skills with demonstrated ability and experience to develop recruiting initiatives, influence stakeholders, provide insight into talent market and build pipeline. This position will report to the VP, HR.

How to Excel at Episerver

  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders to develop recruiting initiatives, understand trends, provide competitive intelligence and ensure headcount alignment.
  • Source, screen, interview and hire candidates for multiple client groups at all levels of the organization.
  • Create and maintain a continuous flow of candidates by leveraging all available tools, including company website, social media, job boards, employee referrals, and recruiting tools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with outside recruiting agencies.
  • Ensure continuity and consistency of candidate experience, company culture, brand and recruiting best practices.


Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 8 years full cycle recruiting for various positions at multiple levels, with experience in recruiting outside the United States
  • Minimum 3 years as a Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Excellent knowledge and experience leveraging social media tools to recruit, developing strategies on passive candidate sourcing and using recruiting software (ATS)
  • Ability to understand business objectives and the implications for talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated experience working with talent acquisitions vendors, systems and tools
  • Superior organization/project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments/projects, timelines and resource needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate and influence across businesses, functions, geographies and levels with a global and customer focused mindset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to drive new ideas and change direction quickly in a fast-paced environment
