Senior Technical Project Manager - Stockholm, Sweden

Join the Education Services team, partnering with Product Directors and the R&D team to develop new training programs and issue Exam Certifications in line with product development. You will offer in-depth technical and administrative expertise to maximize our customers’ value of the Episerver product portfolio. The Senior Technical Project Manager will manage and lead the implementation of the LMS solution, building up the eLearning platform, and educating developers, administrators and  end users on every day use of Episerver’s products. This role is also responsible for defining scope, project resources, timeline, and goals of multiple projects, ensuring each project supports business goals and is running smoothly. The duties of the Project Manager also involve developing and maintaining pleasant relationships with customers, partners and team members.

Essential Requirements

  • Strong leadership, customer service, organizational, and economic skills
  • Experience in a leadership role and as a coach and / or training facilitator preferred
  • Broad IT knowledge including general understanding of responsibilities performed by IT teams, e.g. business analysts, application development, infrastructure teams, etc.
  • Minimum of 3 years education and eLearning experience
  • Base technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies including NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, XML, and SQL Server. Experience of developing in the Episerver´s platforms is of merit.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, SCORM and e-commerce
  • Competency in adapting to changing environments and ambiguous situations
  • Excellent communication skills in a global environment and proficiency in Swedish and English
  • Ability to work in an independent and team environment. Expert in the field of learning and people development is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree
