Director Campaign Strategy - Berlin, Germany

The Product department is a global team responsible for bringing market input into the business, planning product and service roadmaps and guiding the company’s focus on creating the most value for our customers. Product leaders interact across the business to ensure communication is flowing and our products are successful. We are a open minded, international team of self-starters distributed globally across Europe and the US. We work closely together and have fun building great products that customers love.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Help convert more leads into opportunities and opportunities into closed deals
  • Enhance current strategy for Campaign space including new messaging and GTM focus
  • Be the expert in the deal/customer conversation/analyst briefing
  • Lead the product strategy for the Campaign product within Germany and Worldwide
  • Enhance existing messaging to be more verticalized and market focused
  • Develop repeatable sales training materials
    • Value proposition for Episerver CMS and digital marketing
    • Common sales pitches, approaches and FUD to overcome
    • Develop persona through blogs, vlogs, representing through social media including Twitter
    • Develop analyst relations strategize on enhancing positions

     

Your profile/Qualities:

  • Self-motivated and creative with a natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges.
  • Ability to take leadership
  • Independent with good negotiating and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Results oriented with a commitment to quality of product and service

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years professional experience, and 3-4 years of product management experience
  • You can prove knowledge in presales/sales and/or business development to convince stakeholders and clients from your ideas  
  • Qualifications in Computer Science or equivalent would be beneficial
  • You feel comfortable to speak to prospects or to an wide audience about your projects you are working on
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • Team player with the ability to work in virtual and remote teams
