Personalization and Analytics sage - Remote, USA

An individual who will help support revenue growth within personalization, search and campaign management areas. Will work closely with sales, marketing, partners as well as other parts of the organization, helping to deliver successful opportunities and implementations.

This role is a senior level position with the aim to help educate internal and external consituents, drive an increased funnel and ensure customer success.  It is a highly unique role in the it spans across multiple parts of the organization, with the initial focus on ensuring the field and partners are fully versed on the value proposition and the field is fully capable of delivering value to customers and partners. 


The primary focus will be on the personalization suite, followed by search, analytics and campaign - all of which are considered add on products to the platform - yet all create significant value.  


Successful history and experience in any and all relevant spaces is desired. Strong project management skills and an understanding of how to work with C Levels to developers. 


This role will get support from product management and product marketing to help deliver the necessary results.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Educate the field and partners in the value of the solution(s)
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Content strategy and writing (email/website copy, blog, whitepapers, eBooks)
  • Plan, execute, and measure website experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end B2B customer buying funnel
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for senior-level executives
Requirements:
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing or ecommerce
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MOZ, Google Webmaster Tool)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Additional Skills:
  • Being able to converse with C level down to developers
  • Strong experience with PowerPoint presentations 
  • Knowledge/familiarity of B2B software sales funnel and lead generation
