Product Marketing Manager - London, UK

Our Product Marketing team is at the heart of our business, goaled with driving market awareness, demand for, and adoption of Episerver products and services through compelling competitive differentiation in a rapidly growing global market for digital experience technology. Episerver Product Marketers seamlessly blend creative and technical abilities with strong commercial acumen – and so influence the entire company’s success. 

As part of our dynamic Product Marketing team, you will work closely with the Head of Product Marketing as well as Head of Product Management, and our global team of Product Evangelists to develop and regularly refine compelling, differentiated positioning and messaging in support of successful product launches, resulting in increased demand and adoption. You will also play a key role in the development and execution of go-to-market plans and integrated campaigns, in conjunction with the broader Product, Marketing and Sales teams.

An Episerver Product Marketer

  • Enthuses passion in everything they do, leading the way both internally and externally, as the vanguard of our product strategy
  • Develops and promotes compelling, differentiated positioning and messaging for internal and external communications around products and services
  • Leads the organization in the creation of effective and measurable tools and materials in support of product and service demand and adoption
  • Collaborates side by side with Product Management and Product Evangelism teams as part of our overall Product Organization
  • Presents our strategy to internal and external audiences of all types and constantly looks for opportunities to promote Episerver from stage to social
  • Creates and maintains product collateral, sales pitches, RFP templates, and analyst surveys alongside a continuous stream of compelling content (blogs, whitepapers, interactive tools, videos) that generates awareness, enables sales, and accelerates the buying process 
  • Empowers our direct sales and partner ecosystem through training and enablement activities, differentiated strategies, and the development of sales tools and assets
  • Supports our global Marketing team from subject matter expertise to thought leadership, from GTM definition to unique customer profile and buyer personas, and from content provision to speaking engagements

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Pre-Sales or similar role
  • Strong written and visual presentation skills with online body of evidence
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing and one or all of CRM, Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Customer Experience markets and associated vendor landscapes
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns, competitive intelligence, differentiation development, naming, pricing and packaging, sales enablement)
  • Excellent communication and matrix management skills
  • Creative with a keen eye for detail
  • Analytical mind with strong quantitative skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications or similar field or related business experience
  • A desire to work hard, make a difference and have fun doing it
