Solution Consultant Marketing Cloud - London, UK

We are always looking for the best candidates to join our sales team and we’re now looking for a skilled Solution Consultant to support our customers and partners in EMEA. The Solution Consultant combines detailed technical knowledge with a dedication to the sales process and customer/partner success. You will support sales productivity, partner enablement, and customer evaluations by collaborating closely with product and technical teams to highlight the many ways Epi solutions meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a collaborative member of our sales team in a pre-sales capacity.
  • Act as an Epi product expert for the Episerver Campaigns and Personalization.
  • Develop relationships with partners and customers to understand challenges, pain points, goals, and criteria for a successful solution.
  • Prepare and conduct discovery workshops, discussions, and value-based use case demonstrations along with sales team for prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Assist in responses to proposals and general Q&A from a business value-add and technical capacity.
  • Actively assist in development of partner relationships.
  • Maintain highest level of technical and market knowledge; create thought leadership through writing, user group presentations, and Epi community involvement.

As a Solution Consultant, you have the chance to develop your skills in a very broad role. This includes Epi product expertise, customer and partner collaboration, community involvement, and technology and market expertise.

We are looking for a professional with a solid background in digital marketing, campaign management, marketing automation and personalization. 

Technical Requirements:

  • Experience with personalization, campaigns and marketing automation.
  • Solid understanding of web development, information architecture, and related concepts and technologies, with a focus on .NET technologies.
    • Basic familiarity with standard web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
    • Ability to learn new products, technologies, and industry trends quickly. 
    • Experience with related software such as CMS, Commerce and Search.
    • Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or higher education preferred with a minimum of a Bachelors degree

Non-Technical Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate key messages clearly and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Comfortable presenting sales message to audiences including resources from all levels of organization: business, IT, C-level.
  • Team player with the ability to work in virtual and remote teams.
  • Results oriented with a commitment to quality of product and service.
  • Self-motivated and creative with a natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges.
  • Proficient in English and with a valid UK work status
