Our sales team need more leads. Our marketing team are tasked with generating those leads. Our company goals for growth are very aggressive and the more (good) leads we get, the faster we can grow our business.
We are now in a position to expand our Digital Marketing team with one more marketer, to drive our lead count. This is your job.
Over the last 12 month, we have increased our monthly leads by 97%. But it is not enough. We need more and better leads and we need your help to take our growth engine to the next level.
You will get to see the inside of a modern, scalable digital marketing machine. We will work together on new ideas and experiments, that will set you up for crushing your lead gen goals.
I expect you to be able to handle established channels, such as Facebook Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, E-mail and Online PR, but I also need you to go beyond traditional digital marketing and discover new ways of generating leads. We will experiment, we’ll try things and we will fail. But some of our ideas will eventually have wild success, that would never have been possible at at your everyday corporate marketing department. We are not your everyday corporate marketing department.
At Episerver you will own your projects, be empowered to lead on your own ideas and get honest feedback on everything you do.
I'm not going to lie, the pace of my marketing team will be intensive. We need to be 10X smarter than the competition. But this also means that you'll be learning faster than anyone else in the industry. We have the resources, the focus, and a large enough presence to experiment with any ideas we can come up with. And you're going to be right in the middle of it.
So if you've ever wanted to be on a team that's focused on learning at a blistering pace, I want to talk to you.
You consider yourself a full-stack marketer. You’ve worked on just about everything at one point or another. Content, conversion optimization, social, email, video, SEO, paid, PR, you know how it all fits together. You’re not an expert at all of it but you know where to start.
You have a lot of experience with analytics.
You’re a great copywriter.
You always meet deadlines. Once you make a commitment, you always keep it.
You love improving your craft and learning. Your role will probably change as we evolve and the market evolves. There will be plenty of opportunities to take on as much responsibility as you can handle.
I don’t even care if you have ton of experience with lead gen. This could be a role that you grow into.
Every month, we need to drive more leads. It’s your challenge to keep these lead counts growing like clockwork. Working under this kind of pressure should excite and drive you.
You also love working with huge degrees of uncertainty. Our ideas frequently fail and we have to start over from scratch. We don’t always know where the next batch of growth is going to come from. But we’ve learned to thrive in uncertainty and keep pushing until we find the next step. If that uncertainty scares you, this won’t be a good role for you.
Our marketing team is distributed across the different markets, where we operate, but I would like you to be based in our Stockholm, New York, Chicago or, Irvine office.
