Manager, Partner Marketing and Operations, EMEA - Stockholm, Sweden or London, England

As the Manager, Partner Marketing and Operations, EMEA, you will have responsibility for the day to day engagement with Episerver’s partners in EMEA and be the key liaison between our partners with our internal organization. You are responsible for supporting the business processes for the Episerver Partner Success Program; oversee the regional partner marketing initiatives in EMEA; and support the worldwide partner community with communication and relevant information.

Your remit will cover:   

Partner Program

  • Execute the deliverables of the partner program across the EMEA partner ecosystem, including the implementation of changes to the program and partner tiers
  • 24-hour response time on incoming requests and questions
  • Manage partner agreement process
  • Conduct partner reviews twice annually
  • Manage the on-boarding process of new partners with agreements and partner/sales alignment
  • Initial communication to partners when they’ve first joined within 3 days
  • Maintain and update partner data in CRM
  • Work closely with the Education team to help promote training and certification program for partners
  • Maintain partner satisfaction by proactively assessing and validating partner needs and implementing best practices on an ongoing basis
  • Effectively represent the voice of the partner across within Episerver

Marketing and Communication

  • Oversee regional partner marketing initiatives in Sweden, where the marketing initiative is led by the partner
  • Support partner marketing initiatives in EMEA
  • Manage the MDF balance and inform partners of current status (Sweden Only)
  • Measure the effectiveness of the joint marketing programs with partners
  • Manage regular communication to the partner ecosystem, including newsletters, webinars, surveys and other forms of communication
  • Oversee the partner portal including content updates and implementation of new formats
  • Help build partner relationships by organizing social events for partners in Nordic and support other regions
  • Manage and oversee Premium Partner meetings in Sweden and support other regions
  • Manage the partner participation at Episerver’s annual customer and partner conference, which includes managing the sponsorship promotion and program for the event; drive partner attendance
  • Manage partner content on Episerver’s website

 Essential Requirements:

 3 years experience within channel management/operations

  • Experience in marketing programs and events
  • Knowledge of sales environments including channel sales
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
  • Highly organized, ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Willing to take leadership role in driving initiatives, working across organizations, and creative problem solving
  • Familiarity with Microsoft CRM
  • Familiarity with editing and managing web content


  • The overall goal is for this role to support increase revenue contribution from the EMEA partner ecosystem, especially in the Nordic region
  • Build pipeline in EMEA through joint partner marketing activities. A minimum of 1 partner activity with each Premium partner in a year. (Set a lead goal with each partner)
  • Improve partner health and satisfaction in order to develop top of mind awareness and loyalty across EMEA
  • Attain operational excellence managing the day-to-day operations of the Partner Program
  • Achieve the sponsorship goal for the different events in order to enable the Marketing team to organize key activities
