Solutions Specialist – Personalization - US

We are always looking for the best candidates to join our sales team and we’re now looking for a skilled Personalization Solution Specialist to support our customers and partners in the US Market. The Solution Specialist combines sales and marketing experience with high level technical knowledge in order to contribute to field sales and partner success.

The Solution Specialist will be an expert in personalization for the US Sales, Marketing and Partner Team. This specialist will support sales productivity, partner enablement, and customer evaluations by collaborating closely with sales, product marketing and technical teams to highlight the many ways a differentiated Epi personalization solution meets customer needs.


  • Work as a collaborative member of our sales team specializing in personalization and the integration of personalization with all other Epi solutions.
  • Be a Thought leader / Expert on Epi Personalization Solutions and Products
  • Work with Episerver Marketing and Episerver Partners to create a go to market strategy for Epi Personalization in the US Market
  • Develop relationships with partners and customers to understand challenges, pain points, goals, and criteria for a successful personalization solution.
  • Support sales team with discovery workshops, discussions, and value-based use case demonstrations for prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Assist in responses to proposals and general Q&A from a business value-add and technical capacity.
  • Actively assist in development of partner relationships.
  • Maintain highest level of technical and market knowledge; create thought leadership through online posts, user group presentations, and Epi community involvement.

As a Solution Specialist, you have the chance to develop your skills in a very broad role. This includes Epi product expertise, customer and partner collaboration, community involvement, and technology and market expertise.

We are looking for a professional with a solid background in digital marketing, personalization, commerce, campaign management, and marketing automation.



  • Experience with personalization, Commerce, campaigns and marketing automation.
  • Campaign development knowledge and experience
  • Solid understanding of web development, information architecture, and related concepts and technologies, with a focus on .NET technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate key messages clearly and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Comfortable presenting sales message to audiences including resources from all levels of organization: business, IT, C-level.
  • Team player with the ability to work in virtual and remote teams.
  • Results oriented with a commitment to quality of product and service.
  • Self-motivated and creative with a natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges.
  • Proficient in English and with a valid US work status
