Sweden NT Awards 2003

ElektroPost won the Sweden NT Awards 2003 in the class "Best Application developed for Windows NT/2000/2003" with the Content Management/Portal platform EPiServer 4. The award was given at a ceremony at the annual NT Forum Conference at the Stockholm Fair.

The jury motivation

” With EPiServer 4 ElektroPost has taken the step to the Microsoft .NET and thereby reached several advantages. EPiServer 4 is based on the ASP.NET technology and is also developed as a Web Service. With EPiServer 4, users can reach a big leap in productivity thanks to both the Microsoft .NET environment and EPiServer 4 by itself”.

It is the second time ElektroPost wins the award for best application. The previous award was 1997 and was given for the first generation of EPiServer. ElektroPost also won in 1998 with the security application EPiSec.

"EPiServer has had a very positive development the last years. Up to now, more than 800 EPiServer systems have been sold to customers in most of the branch categories. The sales have steadily increased and today more than one EPiServer system is delivered to customers every 24 hours".

Sweden NT Awards is the only industrial award for solutions developed for the Windows Platform. It was given for the 6:th year by NT Forum, an independent forum for professional users of the Microsoft server and Desktop operating systems. The annual NT Forum is arranged by IIR, Institute for International Research.
