Pfizer needed a new website for it’s service WellatWork. The service is focusing on companies that want to help their employees stop using tobacco products.
To support marketing, delivery and follow-up of the service, Pfizer has created a web platform with the aim to support the process. The goal with the project has, among others, been to look at the platform for WellatWork to secure a continued expansion.
The project was carried out according to Scrum. Together, Pfizer and Sogeti analyzed what business needs that should be meet in the new solution. These were then implemented in priority order, where requirements with the highest business need was implemented first.
The web service was developed in EPiServer CMS. In the solution there are functions for booking meetings, user administration, storage of usage result and statistics and message handling.
EPiServer CMS is being used to carry almost all information on the website. This is to secure that the information easily can be maintained and to have a high accessibility.
Pfizer has with the new solution got a fast and easy to work with web service with a fresh and modern look.
"With help from Sogeti we have got a functional and easy web support tool. I am especially pleased with how Sogeti's consultants have understood our business and been able to find solutions based on our challenges, says Peder Lindskog, Business developer at Pfizer".
Sogeti is also responsible for the Applications Management of the website.
