POSITION:

EPiServer Product Specialist
- based in London

As Product Specialist, your main task is to support our partners in the international market.  You will act as technical advisor and problem solver, support our internal organization as well as acquire relevant knowledge and information from external sources.  The position requires frequent travelling to customers and partners in our global market. You will be based in our office in London, UK.

We are seeking someone whose ambition is to play a key role in our continued international expansion, communicating information about EPiServer to the rest of the world.  EPiServer AB offers this opportunity.

As Product Specialist, you will have three main roles:

Mentor and advisor

You will support our new implementation partners through coaching on how EPiServer, together with our alliance partners, can be used in different solutions.  It is important that our new implementation partners get quickly up to speed in order to reach new customers in their markets.  You will be a key player in this process.

Problem solver

Using your in-depth technical background, you will identify problems and suggest possible solutions. You will be faced with challenges where large, business-critical solutions will need to be improved or further developed. Together with experts from EPiServer AB, you will help our implementation partners and customers with their business-critical solutions.

Communicator

You will develop and deliver technical training, conduct seminars and maintain a dialogue with our implementation partners and customers.  At tradeshows, conferences, in courses and sales meetings, you will communicate information about our products in an educational and enthusiastic manner.  You will also act as technical sales support, helping our sales team win new customers and accounts.

Your profile

• Developer (ASP.NET and C#) with many years’ experience in a consulting role
• Numerous years of experience in developing solutions with EPiServer in all phases of such a project
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Service-oriented problem solver with good business skills
• Willing to travel, international experience an advantage
• Experience in and willingness to hold training courses
