Conditions of Purchase
To participate in a scheduled course arranged by EPiServer AB, you must fill in the registration form with the correct data.
Data about the participant
All communication between EPiServer AB and participants is done by e-mail. It is, therefore, very important to fill in the correct e-mail address for the person who will attend the course. Experience has shown us that our e-mails are stopped by spam filters. If you don't receive a confirmation e-mail, always check your spam filter before contacting us.
If you haven't received a notice to attend three days before the course, send an e-mail to
to let us know. We sometimes need to change the location for the course at short notice, so always check the most recent notice to attend before the course.
Information for invoice
An invoice is issued at the start of the course and must be paid 20 days net. VAT is additional. If you need to provide further information that is required for the invoice, please write the information in the "Other" field. If the invoice needs to be credited due to missing information or wrong information about invoicing, we will charge an administration fee of 150 SEK.

. You can change you booking twice. Further changes will incur an administration fee of 150 SEK.
Cancellation
The course reservation is binding, although not to the individual. The whole course fee will be forfeited for cancellations made within 10 working days of the start of the course. As the course place is not on an individual basis, another person from the same company may be substituted.
Cancelled course
EPiServer reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if there are not enough participants. Participants will be informed at least one week before the planned start date of the course.
