Practical Information
Booking
Courses are booked through the Registration form or by e-mail to 
. You can also send a fax to: +46 (0)8-477 71 99.
Confirmation and Invitation
After a course has been booked, EPiServer Education will send a booking confirmation by e-mail.
Invitation
Approximately 7 days before the class start date, a personal invitation will be sent by e-mail to all the participants with practical information.
Course Certificates
On completion of the course, all participants will receive a course certificate as proof of attendance.
Course Times
Unless otherwise specified, all courses take place from 08.30 to 16.00. We start the mornings with breakfast, and the course starts 09.00.
Course Location
Sweden
Most of our courses are held at EPiServer's premises at Finlandsgatan 38 in Akalla, Stockholm, Sweden. Find your way to EPiServer. EPiServer courses are sometimes held at a Cornerstone Training Centre. Always check your invitation to the course to find out where your course will be held. Find your way to Cornerstone.
Denmark
All the courses in Denmark are held at EPiServer's premises at Sluseholmen 2-4, 2450 København SV.
England
All training in London is provided at the offices of Pygmalion Computer Group at 1 Alie Street, London, E1 8DE. Find your way to Pygmalion.
India
The courses in India are held at EPiServer India Software Pvt. Ltd

Minimum number of participants at the courses in India is 5.
Maximum number of participants at the courses in India is 8.
Course Material and Meals
Course material, lunch and coffee are included in the course price. All the course documentation is in English or Swedish. The courses are normally held in the languge spoken in each country.
Cancellation
The course reservation is binding, but not to the individual. The whole course fee will be forfeited for cancellations made within 10 working days of the start of the course. As the course place is not on an individual basis, another person from the same company may be substituted.
Terms of Payment
An invoice is issued at the start of the course and must be paid 20 days net. VAT is additional.
Cancelled Course
EPiServer reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if there are not enough participants. Participants will be informed at the latest one week before the planned start date of the course.
