Security and Performance

EPiServer AB is classified as an Internet Service Provider (ISP), which enables us to buy capacity wherever we want in order to get top-class availability and performance. EPiServer AB is registered as an communication provider with the Swedish National Post- and Telecom Agency (PTS).

We have a redundant backbone with connections to different ISPs, high-availability firewalls, switches and routers. We currently have four different ISPs delivering 4Gbit/s via BGP4.

Service windows are 03.00-06.00 CET Tuesdays and Thursdays. Patches may occur occasionally on servers between 06.30 and 07.15 CET.
