Become EPiMore Partner


The process to become an EPiMore Alliance Partner is divided into the following steps:

- Submit Product Sheet
- Workshop with EPiServer
- Education
- Developing & Testing
- Launch


Product sheet

First step is to submit a product sheet describing your product, market and your idea how the integration with EPiServer should look like. We will carefully evaluate this and contact you if we believe it has a market potential.

Workshop

After the evaluation of your product sheet we will contact you and book a half day workshop. The purpose of this is to define the integration with EPiServer, give you a brief overview of the EPiServer platform and identify the market possibilities. The workshop is divided in two tracks:

- Tech track

Overview of EPiServer, overview of your product, installation of EPiServer on your laptops, define integration interfaces, kick start your development with hands-on example of integration suited for your needs.

- Marketing track

Define your product offer, identify interesting/possible markets, set a launch plan, marketing to EPiServer Partners, Business model, potential Webinars, etc. This will end up in a short, action-oriented marketing plan.

The workshop is preferably held at EPiServer head quarter in Stockholm, Sweden. We can also do it online through share screening programs.

Education

You as an EPiMore Partner are responsible of integrating your product with EPiServer and secure the quality. The individuals doing the integration must have sufficient technical knowledge of EPiServer. Our minimal requirements is that at least one person have taken the three day course ”Developing with EPiServer”  which will be offered to you at a discount price.

Developing & testing

Development can be done with your internal or external resources. The development must follow EpiMore Minimal Requirements and you should refer to the Developer resources during the developing process.

EPiServer will assist you with an initial workshop and support during the development.

It is however your responsibility to test and quality assure your product and the integration with EPiServer before launch at the EPiMore marketplace.

If you chose to work with external resources you must secure that you have a long term solution for support of your product and the integration with EPiServer.

Launch

You are ready for launch when:

- Your product is integrated with EPiServer and tested by you.
- Product integration follows the minimal technical requirements.
- EPiMore Alliance Partner Agreement is signed by both parties.
- EPiServer have received annual Partner fee.
- Product sheet and Product Self Assessment (word) is sent to EPiServer.
- You have a product description page on your own site (to be linked from EPiMore).
- You follow the Branding and naming guidelines for EPiMore products.
- Marketing plan agreed by both parties.

Publishing on the EPiMore market place is regulated in the EPiMore publishing guidelines.
