EPiMore Publishing guidelines
The following criteria regulate and/or are required to publish your product on the EPiMore market place:
Categories
The products are divided into different categories to support different business and technical needs. You must choose one existing category for your product. EPiServer will accept proposals for new categories but reserves the right to include your product in an existing category.
Supported countries and markets
If the product only support specific markets and languages you must clearly state this in the product description.
Number of installations
Number of current installations of the product on live EPiServer sites is very important for our partners and customers in choosing the right product and will be displayed on the EPiMore market place. The figures are updated manually and you must make sure that we receive updates regularly.
Rating - Self assessment
The rating of the integration with EPiServer is based on a self assessment made you based on the following categories.
- User Interface
- User Support
- Installation and maintenance
- Functionality and flexibility
This assessment must be sent to us before publishing your product and we reserves the right to display parts or all information on the EPiMore marketplace.
Customer feedback
EPiMore reserves the right to include future public feedback functionality on the EPiMore marketplace.
“Verified by EPiServer”
EPiServer are planning to introduce an optional verification process of the EPiMore products. The result from this will be publically displayed on the EPiMore marketplace.
EPiMore logo on your web site
The EPiMore logo shall be displayed on a suitable area on your web site.
Product web page
You must have a defined product web page describing the integrated product and optional demo downloads. This web page shall also include the EPiMore partner logo.
Product sheet
You must have a separate product sheet (one page) in PDF format linked from your product web page describing the integrated product. This document shall include the EPiMore partner logo. The product page will also be used by EPiServer as handouts at specific events and seminars.
Withdrawal from EPiMore
In case of repeated customer complaints referring to your product, EPiServer reserves the right to withdraw your product from the EPiMore marketplace, as regulated in the EPiMore partner agreement.
