Job Description
EPiServer CMS — the world's fastest-growing commercial CMS platform — is used by thousands of organizations and companies around the world for managing their Web sites and intranets. The platform is developed in Sweden by our software development team and is used by our customers to build integrations and customizations
As Configuration and Build Manager you will be the central point in our Swedish and offshore Scrum development teams and will be responsible for our build and test environment. You will also work with merging and branching and all the Microsoft team build processes. As a new employee you will participate in a 2-week training program to learn the EPiServer CMS platform and may also be required to travel to our offshore development offices. You will mainly work in the development projects and service management teams, introducing and maintaining proper and efficient configuration management.
Qualifications
You should have at least 3 years experience as a Configuration Manager in projects developing multi-application client-server based services. You are familiar with the challenges and complexities that a multi-vendor development environment and global Internet services bring to configuration management. Experience from working in these environments and with Internet services is highly-valued, as well as experience from configuration management in Scrum-driven development projects.
We hope that you have an M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent and you should preferably have experience in Microsoft C# .NET development and scripting, and working knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server or ClearCase. We also value if you have experience in unit and performance testing. As Configuration and Build Manager you should be thorough and be able to introduce and uphold a high sense of correctness in our way of handling product and service structures.
