Customer Success Manager - Berlin, Germany

The role of the Customer Success Manager will be accountable for driving customer success, leading services sales and delivery of key projects, and overall relationship management within the assigned client base.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Realization of technical projects related to our Omnichannel Solution, in order to meet the needs of our customers
  • Responsibility for the project in all project cycles:
    • Communicate with customers regarding all aspects of the project
    • Independently prioritize and manage
    • Resource management
    • Budget and contract negotiations
  • Interface management to ensure internal and external coordination to implement customer projects
  • Preparation of customer presentations

Your Profile

  • You have gained some first professional experience in a similar position, ideally with an agency or online service provider
  • You have a comprehensive and extensive technical understanding of how to plan and implement complex IT projects
  • You are motivated by the satisfaction of your customers and achieving great results
  • You take a clearly structured, high-quality and extremely reliable approach to your work
  • You are customer-focused with strong communication skills and very good German and English language proficiency
