Customer Success Manager - Temporary - Stockholm, Sweden

The is a temporary position with terms lasting about a year. The role of the Customer Success Manager will be accountable for driving customer success, leading services sales and delivery of key projects, and overall relationship management within the assigned client base.

As a CSM within the organization, this role will be responsible for driving growth while demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing market and customer demands. The CSM will be responsible for identifying new software and services opportunities within assigned client base. This role will be accountable for driving financial performance including revenue and margin growth.

 

How to Excel at Episerver

  • Build strong relationships with day to day client contacts and more widely within their organization
  • Implement and ensure the highest standard of service excellence for assigned clients
  • Develop a good understanding of your clients’ goals and objectives, their direct marketing strategy, technology, operations and key strategic partners
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve the quality of paid and unpaid services for assigned clients
  • Quote preparation, pricing negotiations with clients
  • Address risks of client churn with Director of Customer Success
  • Maintenance and growth of revenue stream and contribution margin within assigned client base
  • Initiate, prepare, execute and participate in client meetings
  • Alert and work together with the Product Management to ensure that new feature wishes of the clients are addressed in the best way
  • Track and report on account performance and produce regular forecast updates (CRM)
  • Monitor trends and best practices in the industry and share them with your clients and the CS team members on a regular base

Essential Requirements

  • More than 5 years’ experience working in a client facing environment
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (i.e. MS Dynamics)
  • Very strong technical and commercial understanding
  • Ability to act autonomously
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm for Internet Marketing
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects
  • Have a “Can Do” attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, self-motivated and driven to achieve
  • Experience in Customer Success operations in the digital marketing industry
  • Good planning and organizational skills
