Support Engineer - Berlin, Germany

The role of Support Engineer is responsible for the technical support with our customers.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing first line technical support to our customers, primarily via telephone and email
  • Provide advice to our customers on how to best use the software to meet their specific requirements
  • Your tools are the user interface and admin frontend of our software
  • Independently prioritize and document your work
  • Constructive teamwork from the interface to the customer

Your Profile

    • You have completed an IT-related qualification or otherwise gained IT knowledge
    • You have good knowledge of HTML (HTML 4.01 / XHTML, CSS)
    • You are comfortable using the Office suite
    • You are analytical, creative, open-minded and have an innovative approach to solving problems
    • You enjoy taking on your own responsibilities and take a precise approach to your work with an eye for detail
    • You enjoy taking on technical challenges and developing solutions for customer scenarios
    • You are customer-focused with strong communication skills and very good German and English language proficiency
