Technical Trainer - Stockholm, Sweden

Join the Education Services team and educate web developers, web editors and administrators in Episerver’s products. You will have opportunity to work with the product managers, development teams, sales, and marketing, to develop new courses in line with our products and needs of the market. The Technical Trainer should be a competent and experienced Technical Course Conductor for our European headquarters in Stockholm. 

How to Excel at Episerver

  • Deliver technical training courses as classroom-based engagements worldwide, as well as virtual classes delivered over the web
  • Deliver technical training workshops and presentations at global technical conferences
  • Develop tailored course agendas to meet specific partner needs
  • Manage classroom setup, lecture, and hands-on lab exercises for all assigned education engagements
  • Design and implement classroom and web-based training, including presentation and lab exercise materials, test questions, and instructor guides
  • Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for instructional designers in the development of new training materials

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years delivering technical training services to technical audiences such as Software Developers/Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Administrators and End Users
  • 3+ years of .NET programming experience, preferably web application development
  • 2+ years technical or professional experience using Web Content Management System products, e-Commerce products or related software
  • Experience working with internal and external customers and partners to develop training plans and provide guidance on educational offerings
  • Experience developing technical curriculum and new content to extend and enhance existing Episerver training materials
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant Technical field
  • MCT or Industry certification would be a plus

  • Must enjoy a challenging work environment that requires significant flexibility, self-direction, and creativity
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours to accommodate global virtual delivery
