Marketing Manager - Berlin, Germany

As Marketing Manager you will manage the demand generation activities within the DACH-region, specifically focused on new business acquisition, which includes execution of targeted initiatives to find companies in the evaluation stage, building a brand through content syndication, regional events, and account based marketing. Your remit also includes joint marketing initiatives with our partners.

Please note that the contract is limited to 1,5 years.

The Role

  • Ensure we have a proper follow up process for incoming leads and identity leads we can recycle 
  • Targeted initiatives to find companies who are in the evaluation stage
  • Prospect outreach through local communities such as LinkedIn or xing groups
  • Developing and designing the program of events as well as conducting their professional communication
  • Conducting, supervising and evaluating events for the DACH region in cooperation with our event agency
  • Building awareness through content syndication and leveraging the global PR activities
  • Simple and clear customer communication to create upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ year’s hands-on experience with lead generation or campaign management.
  • BA/BS in Marketing/Communications or a similar discipline.
  • You are experienced in organizing trade fairs and events
  • You have experience in the handling of common CRM systems and in lead generation
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You are an organization and communication talent and have a high service orientation
  • You are used to a hands-on mentality as well as a proactive working approach, you are committed to your tasks and have a structured way of working
  • You are passionate about web technologies and about implementing ways to utilize new channels expand the business
