UX Researcher - Stockholm, Sweden

As a UX Researcher you will work together with our development teams and be responsible for driving the user targeting aspect of developed functionality. You will work out of our office in the heart of Stockholm but have a high degree of collaboration with teams and colleagues in our other offices in Nashua, Berlin, London and Hanoi.

You will work in an Agile environment in close collaboration with developers and product development teams. As a designer, you will drive user-centric design in a complex working environment and need to analyse complex workflows across multiple Enterprise products

The Role

  • Developing UX design solutions for our products that are usable, simple, friendly, efficient and effective
  • Defining the end-to-end experience for users
  • Cooperating very close with the development teams’ side by side to effectively develop robust solutions
  • Building strong relationship to the customers for validation and evaluation of our products
  • Facilitate project communication and collaboration across a multi-disciplinary team in all phases of the project
  • Working with different types of user groups, e.g. conducting User Research from initial user interviewing to user testing of prototypes
  • Conceptualizing and sharing new ideas for evolving our global product design system.

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working with UX in an Agile development environment
  • Experience designing simple, intuitive user interfaces
  • knowledge of usability patterns, standards, and information architecture principles
  • Ability to develop mock-ups including wireframes and low fidelity prototypes
  • Ability to define user scenarios and design themes
  • Ability to break down process flows and analyse complex interactions and roles within a business system
  • Excellent written and verbal language skills in English

  • Good sense of composition, colour, form and typography
