Hear from Troy Hunt, a noted cybersecurity expert, author, educator and founder of data breach search aggregator, Have I Been Pwned? In 2011, Hunt was named a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) in Developer Security. He was also named a Microsoft Regional Director in 2016.

2:15PM: Tips & Tricks: Data-driven Marketing

Learn how to use data to identify your visitors' biggest issues and work methodically to remove barriers to your website so your visitors can complete what they came to do. In this session, we'll demystify what a cruel experience in digital channels really means and why common advice on how to treat visitors is nonsense. Joakim Holmquist will also provide concrete examples of how to work smart with Episerver, Google Analytics, Facebook & Google inspired by some of our coolest customers.

This session will include industry examples and applied best practices of how you can use the Episerver Digital Experience Cloud to activate highly personalized and relevant experiences that engage users and drive measurable ROI to the business. 

4:15PM: Driving engagement and awareness with digitized fundraising

Join CIO Patricia Anderson as she reviews how Golden Clover took advantage of Episerver's open and flexible platform to integrate raffle and auction engine services into their fundraising website. Pat will explain how they used the campaign functionality within Episerver for the creation of fundraising campaigns and how they implemented a self-service portal for customers to quickly and easily set up their own fundraisers, without any up-front costs or other barriers to entry.
