Episerver Commerce for increasing online sales by 50 percent

The Swedish Association for Hunting and Wildlife Management relaunches its e-store, with the clear objective to increase online sales by 50 percent.

The new store is built on Episerver Commerce, and enables the Association for Hunting and Wildlife Management to offer both members and non-members excellent customer service via the store where they can buy products and educational material easily.

The Association for Hunting and Wildlife Management is one of Sweden's largest member organizations with 195,000 members. Today, members shop via a printed catalog as well as online. The association aims to increase the proportion of purchases made via the website to increase efficiency and profitability.

"The e-store is a key element in our strategy to become more efficient, increase sales and strengthen the feeling of belonging to the association by our members," said Göran Nohlgard, publishing manager at the Association for Hunting and Wildlife Management. The shop, which contains more than 500 products, allows the association to see in detail how people act in the store and thereby optimize the orders and payment processes. The store is built by CIBER, an Episerver Premium Solution Partner.

The Association for Hunting and Wildlife Management strives to ensure that communication with its members is done cost effectively, and it's a natural outcome to create an online presence that engages its visitors. In addition, the association has an online community, a member portal, where members exchange experiences. The community is based on Episerver Relate.
