Over the past few year, AJ Products have invested heavily in increasing its online presence. The company is now implementing a new E-commerce platform from Episerver with the goal of creating a surprisingly good customer experience, as well as streamlining the internal work with the web in the 19 countries where AJ Products is represented.
AJ Produkters choice of E-commerce platform is based on Episervers’ leading position within content managing for the web, and that Episerver offers a versatile and flexible product suitable for B2B companies in the size of AJ Products.
The objective is that the new E-commerce platform will provide AJ Products with the necessary prerequisites to be at the forefront and work agile to customize the digital contents to all the markets within the AJ Products group. The expectation is thus to be able to offer a digital product presentation that exceeds customer expectations.
While enhancing the company’s online presence AJ Products continues to communicate with its customers through printed catalogues – a concept that is constantly developing.
The implementation is done in cooperation with the Episerver partner Sigma.
