In 2013, Alex was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and he holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He lives with his wife and dogs in New York City.

Simon McDonald is the Optimizely, APAC Managing Director, Simon has been working with the local team to build Optimizely across APAC for the last 2 years. Simon has worked in Data and Martech for over 15 years, helping global technology platforms grow their footprint and revenue in Australia and South East Asia. He is currently based in Sydney, Australia.

An experimentation advocate, Jess believes experimentation impacts everyone and more data available for experimentation enables better decision-making across the business.
Focussed on advice to turn data into business value, Jerome leads the team at Digital Balance where they measure, optimise and personalise customer interactions for clients like HBF, ANZ, Amway, Foxtel, SBS, Australia Post and RACV.
