Create “Human Moments” online. Mimic face-to-face interactions in the digital world
Summary: Today’s digital experiences have significantly expanded our touchpoints with content across the globe, creating a world we could not have imagined several years ago. However, there’s nothing like that face-to-face contact that brings us closer together, enriching the content we consume.
Technology has started bridging that gap and the trend is leaning towards mirroring that human touchpoint. Let’s take a deeper dive to see where we are today, and what is projected for the future.
