Adam Cranfield, CMO at Mynewsdesk & Founder of Web Managers Group

Adam Cranfield is CMO at Mynewsdesk, the leading provider of online brand newsrooms, and founder of the Web Managers Group. After starting his career as a magazine editor, he joined educational marketing agency EdComs, where he was attracted to the dynamism of digital communications. Subsequently Adam embarked on a series of web manager roles, for the Department for Education, CIMA and Nectar. He founded the Web Managers Group in 2008, which today has over 8,000 members. In 2010 Adam established digital effectiveness consultancy Form Digital. He joined Mynewsdesk in 2011, when the Swedish headquartered company opened its London office

Jane Savage, Head of Digital at Johnson & Johnson

Jane is Head of Digital and eCommerce for Johnson & Johnson, Northern Europe. In this role she has built a digital team that works across the Consumer organisation helping to build capabilities, raise the Digital IQ, determine appropriate digital strategies and channels, and developing the optimal eCommerce offering with key retail partners. She is also a founding member of the J&J EMEA Digital Council, helping to raise knowledge and best practice across the region. Previously at J&J, Jane was responsible for the global NICORETTE® digital strategy, including online communication material development and rollout across multiple markets. Jane has a wealth of experience having worked for more than 12 years in the field with A.S.Watson, Camelot and Bertelsmann Media.

Mark Lewis, CTO of Practicology

Mark is a well-known and highly respected ecommerce consultant. He has an extensive background in technology and retail management. Born into a retailing family, he later built a 12-store chain of fashion and outdoor clothing stores, before selling this and becoming IT Director of a new retail venture from the creator of River Island.

After a period as a senior manager in a £9m technology start-up, Mark was invited by the CEO of River Island to assist them with their first eCommerce venture.
