Our partner Freestyle recently attended the Corp Comms Digi Awards, where they were awarded 'Best Corporate Website' for their work on the Bostik site, a joint customer. Here Alan at Freestyle explains why they were worthy of the win. Congratulations teams!

About the Digi Awards

The Digi Awards are organised and hosted by Corps Comms Magazine, with all entries judged by a panel of experts in digital and internal communications.

Nomination categories range from ’Best Integrated Corporate Campaign to ‘Best Use of Humour’, with many groups being split into ‘Consumer’ and ‘Corporate’ awards depending on the audience for each project.

After making it into the shortlist for ‘Best Website’ alongside just four other nominees, our delighted new biz director and MD took to the stage at London’s Ministry of Sound (a life goal for both marketeers and superstar DJs) to accept the award.

The judges were clearly impressed by the results achieved by following its launch, declaring that the new Bostik site ‘sets the standard’ for corporate websites.

Launching a global Web Estate

The project passed through every digital discipline in our agency – from large-scale audience research and technical build to a content and search strategy that was implemented across 34 different country sites.

The Digi Awards were looking for ‘demonstrable results’, of which our work with Bostik had plenty – thanks in no small part to the site’s content management system (CMS), Episerver.

Using the Episerver CMS Platform

We took full advantage of Episerver’s built-in globalisation features to populate Bostik’s various country pages with multilingual content. Plus, Episerver’s plugin capabilities and additional technical tools like Episerver FIND allowed us to surface content across different areas around the Bostik web estate, greatly improving the ranking of Bostik products in search results.
