Amaze’s website for Childline has scooped a top industry award by harnessing the scalability and content management flexibility of Episerver.
When Childline asked Amaze to put children at the heart of its digital services, we developed a transformative website that increased Childline’s reach, helped its counsellors target resource more effectively, and gave children a wealth of new ways to find help and support, free from barriers.
At the award ceremony, held at Manchester’s EventCity on 11 May, the judges said they “particularly liked Amaze’s approach, which was anchored on identifying and determining what young people actually wanted from the site and how they wished to interact across different platforms.”
Episever had already proven itself in our work for the NSPCC. As the results show, its value was just as evident for Childline, where our work has made a huge difference, not just to the charity’s ability to deliver its service, but to the children and young people who rely on it:
