How our Onboarding teams work with you

Our onboarding teams work with you every step of the way, from the day that your contract is signed, to the day that you go-live. Your dedicated project manager will help ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Receive a Dedicated Onboarding Team

As part of your onboarding package you will always receive a Dedicated Project Manager.

You'll meet your PM on a kick-off call where they will quickly get up to speed with your needs and expectations to ensure your Episerver implementation aligns with your business' goals. 

Ongoing Project Management

Your Project Manager will be your main point of contact throughout the implementation process for coordination, organizational issues, follow-up meetings and escalations. 

They're tasked with ensuring all milestones are met and that your implementation is meeting your expectations. 

Pre Go Live and Go Live

All of the hardwork over the implementation phase leads up to the Go Live. 

Before Go Live your dedicated team will help you to make sure things are on track and prepared. 

During Go Live you can have your dedicated Onboarding team on hand to monitor that the site is live, and that all application metrics look normal. 

Handover to your Customer Success Manager

After Go Live and once you are satisfied that your site is running as it should, your onboarding project manager will hand you over to your dedicated Customer Success Manager. 

Your Customer Success Manager will be responsible for all ongoing support. Their role is to understand your business needs and to ensure that your platform continues to meet your expectations.
