We brought a team of digital strategists together, to address how digital grocers can use a customer-centric platform like Episerver to drive immediate value during/after the COVID-19 pandemic. Within our presentation, we are stating the issue, defining the growth opportunity ahead and making suggestions on how that opportunity can be advantageous for business' adopting digital customer experience tactics like micro-moments, service differentiation (affinity value) and re-engagement campaigns. It is a proposition rooted in a strong point-of-view on customer experience, hinging on the 5 topics of low-tech barrier, use of advanced personalization, connected commerce/digital content (situation-aware commerce) and rapid-time-to-value.
