Partner portal login and profile update

The partner portal gives you additional resource to expand your knowledge, reach and expertise. On the new Episerver.com, Episerver Solution Partners are able to self-service update their public partner profile to market themselves to customers. For episerver.se and episerver.de, we refer partners to partners@episerver.com for further assistance.

How to log into the partner portal

Go to the Partner homepage to be prompted to log in. Once the website is live, you can go to episerver.com and log in from any page by clicking the “Log in” button in the top right corner.

You need an Episerver World user account that is connected to your partner organization to be able to log in. Please see the instructions below if you need to set up an account, or need to connect your existing account to your partner organization.

Create a new user account

To create a user account, go to Episerver World and click the “Register” link in the top right corner. Enter your work email when setting up the account, i.e. the email for your partner organization.

  1. Enter your work email and click “Send verification code”. It is important is it your work email and not a private one. Otherwise it will not be possible to connect to your company.
  2. Wait for the code to arrive and enter it into the form. Make sure to also check your junk mail.
  3. Fill out your desired password and name. The Display name is used if you post messages to the Episerver World forums.
  4. Finally click create.
  5. Once you have created the account, click on the avatar in the top right corner, and click “Settings”.

  6. Then click on “Professional information” and look for the company field.

  7. Click on "Change", and select your partner organization. Please note that there might be more than one option – select your country/office in the list.
  8. Once you have selected an organization, click "associate".
  9. Log out, and log in again.

If you don’t see the name of your organization in the list, it might be that you either aren’t using the email address connected to your organization, or that the email address isn’t recognized for the organization. If that is the case, please send an email to partners@episerver.com stating your name, the login username you use for Episerver World, and what partner organization that you represent. Make sure that you send the email from your work email account, and please provide a phone number where we can reach you. We will assist you as soon as possible!

Connect an existing user account to a partner organization

Go to Episerver World, and make sure that you are logged in. Click on the avatar in the top right corner and click “Settings”. Then click on “Professional information” and look for the company field.

To connect yourself to an organization, or change the organization, click on “Change”. Then select the desired organization and click on “Associate”. Please note that there might be more than one option.

To be able to associate yourself with an organization, you need to use the work email for that organization. For instance, to associate yourself with Episerver, you would need to use an episerver.com email address.

If you don’t see the name of your organization in the list, it might be that you either aren’t using the email address connected to your organization, or that the email address isn’t recognized for the organization. If that is the case, please send an email to partners@episerver.com stating your name, the login username you use for Episerver World, and what partner organization that you represent.
