All the powerful capabilities of B2B Commerce Cloud like catalog management, customer-specific pricing, order/cart management and order workflows are exposed through a set of storefront and administrative RESTful APIs. The storefront APIs account for all the core business logic and reflect the site-specific rules you define. 

Modular & Configurable

You don't have to create custom code to get B2B Commerce Cloud to do the things you want. B2B Commerce Cloud's core engine and capabilities are decoupled from the UX, providing the option for all-in-one or headless ecommerce.


B2B Commerce Cloud contains a set of cXML APIs that help support PunchOut and external order processing. Leverage cXML to process orders from external systems including PunchOut, EDI, OCR, IoT, M2M vending machines or other automation systems that can transmit simple order header and line date via structured cXML.

Loosely Coupled

The technical architecture of B2B Commerce Cloud is deeply rooted in design patterns to create a loosely coupled, highly extensible platform that is both easy to adapt to complex B2B needs and easy to upgrade. 

Integrated Front-End

Deliver unique experiences with an integrated CMS and UI/UX layer. Pages are responsively designed and built with modern browser technologies including TypeScript/Angular JS, HTML5, CSS3 and more. Easily adjust the look and feel of the site to meet your unique branding requirements. The separation of the UI/UX layer from the core platform enables you to easily adjust the frontend without impacting core business rules.
