The Gartner Magic Quadrant for DXP 2020 assesses a total of 18 vendors. These vendors are categorized in the quadrant according to whether they are a Leader, Challenger, Visionary or Niche Player.
To be included in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Experience Platforms, vendors must meet several criteria related to product packaging, revenue and market, geographic coverage and functionality. The DXP solution must be able to perform or support functions for customer experience, DXP management, multichannel delivery, customer data management, cloud enablement and multilingual support, among other functionality.
