Recognised as a world-class investment management company, Coronation were looking to implement a best-in-class content management system (CMS) for their web and digital offering. After a review of recommended vendors, Coronation selected Episerver and Bluegrass Digital to deliver the job.
The initial phase was to rebuild the current website onto Episerver 10 CMS and provide for improved user experience and consistency across templates and content. This ensured that editors had the right tools for an easy and intuitive content management interface.
Launching the new site provided the right platform to meet their future strategy to deliver an omni-channel and personalised user experience for new and existing customers.
We worked closely with key stakeholders across marketing, IT and business strategy to deliver the objectives. As part this process, we carried out a full rebuild of front-end templates in addition to creating a digital style guide to ensure brand and style consistency across the new website and any future campaigns.
Localisation was a requirement and the platform was configured for multi-country content management handling South African, Global and USA related sites and content for both personal and institutional client users.
As with any financial services website, the project required us to handle integrations to existing applications and pricing data feeds. Improvements were made across the board including existing pricing calculators, fund tools and pricing charts. As part of the move towards a full omni-channel experience, we are also handling integration to Salesforce and Sharepoint using Episerver Connect.
The new website now is faster and slicker delivering an increase in visitors and conversions through its intuitive interface providing a more consistent brand experience for users. Episerver’s CMS offering was the obvious platform of choice for Coronation who will now embark on the next step in their digital maturity journey and aim to provide customers with more personalised and consistent experiences across all the digital channels.
