A streamlined customer journey for enhanced engagement

Detpak's new public website is powered by Episerver Digital Experience Cloud for digital commerce with advanced search capabilities from Episerver Find, a SaaS Cloud based Enterprise Search solution that delivers both enhanced relevance and powerful search functionality to websites. 

For international customers, Detpak.com supports six geographies with localized pricing for many of its approximately 600 products. A major strategic objective of the new website is to fulfill the role of the single source of truth for product information. To help visitors find the best products for their business, the company fuses core product information from Detpak's ERP and enriches it with detailed marketing data. A multi-faceted product search tool exposes detailed filtering options to assist customers in locating the right products - quickly and easily. 

Inspiration galleries, case studies, and quick access to marketing materials build out the depth of offering for online customers. The final steps in the customer journey are simplified with a shopping cart 'quote request' tool and a sign-up form that has been integrated into Pardot for lead management and marketing automation.

In the first month since launch, Detpak has seen an impressive 430% increase in its customer satisfaction score.
