Sungard Availability Services (Sungard AS) are a global provider of IT production and recovery services who use their deep knowledge and expertise to design, build and run production environments that are resilient and available in the present, and positioned for growth in the future.
The existing Sungard AS website had served the company well, but they had identified the opportunity to greatly enhance lead generating capabilities. The company wanted to migrate their existing front-end experience from SharePoint over to Episerver to optimise performance and generate a higher volume of good quality leads.
Episerver's premium partner Netcel were brought onboard to rebuild the site on the latest version of Episerver. The project included a redesign of the homepage, case study and services pages, and introduced a refresh of the digital brand expression. The site also consolidated all international sites into a single instance with regional variants.
By moving away from the fixed templates of the old site and adding the flexibility to test and learn within pages, lead generation capabilities were greatly enhanced. The new site builds awareness of breadth and depth of services to cross-pollinate potential opportunities.
Launched in January 2017, the new site quickly delivered impressive results:
