Charles is Absolunet’s Chief Executive Officer. He oversees all elements of the firm’s business development and operations including client strategy and governance. A pragmatic disrupter, Charles leads a team of nearly 300 eCommerce experts and has served on numerous boards ranging from non-profits to trade federations, and government committees. He holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s in International Management, on top of being an average but committed hockey player.

Mike is a seasoned SaaS and B2B marketing leader. He has held various marketing leadership roles at companies like Reeher, Relationship One and Insite Software, where he was CMO. Mike has 10+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, all things digital and leading strong teams. He is passionate about using creative storytelling to create content that resonates with people and using technology to disseminate that content. All the while, collecting and analyzing the data to make better informed decisions. Mike holds a B.A from the University of MN, Morris in economics and political science and an M.A. from Bethel University in theology and philosophy. Mike is passionate about Victorian architecture, reading biographies, happy hour and his family.
